HCP's Monthly Photographic Capture Crawl!
Do your friends hate walking around with you because you stop every two minutes to take a picture? Love taking pictures, but need some motivation to actually get out there and shoot? Just want to make friends and maybe learn a thing a two? Join HCP’s new shooting group!
This members only social group is designed to get people with a passion for photography out and about in the city of Houston to meet new people and improve their photographic skills. Every month a new destination around the Houston area will be chosen for HCP members to meet up and take pictures. Cameras of all kind welcome (Digital, film, iphone, etc)!
After each month’s capture crawl we will create an online gallery to keep the conversation up between members.
This Month: Washington Avenue Strip!
The three-mile length of road known as the Washington Avenue Strip has become an iconic hotspot for Houston’s nightlife. Join us as we venture up and down this corridor of bars, nightclubs, and businesses to explore the street before the sun goes down. We will meet outside of Sawyers Park at 7pm, take pictures and then meet back up at Sawyers Park for a drink to discuss photography, get to know each other, and possibly get a shot of the Houston skyline.
