In this workshop, students will learn the basics of photojournalism. The instructor will discuss what makes a successful documentary image both singularly and as a series. A heavy emphasis will be placed on storytelling through the image without the use of text. Students will develop their own series of photojournalistic images. Techniques will be discusses on how to access your subject, use of lighting and what type of equipment is best suited for various styles of shooting
