Printing Your Photographs II: Get the Color Right
with Theresa Escobedo
January 28, February 4, 11 & 18, 4:30 - 6:30pm
$180 HCP Members / $225 non-members
Level: Intermediate
Class size: 4 students

Color can be tricky. Our eyes see color differently than our cameras. Our computers create color differently than our printers. This class will shine some light on how to work with color in digital photography. We’ll discuss eyesight, color theory, and camera sensors. We’ll also demonstrate how to be sure our color prints and web galleries reflect the truest color possible. We’ll uncomplicate what can be a complicated process and we’ll show you how to be sure those printers don’t get the better of you (because sometimes they can). Ultimately you’ll develop a workflow that enables you to manage the color of your photos at every step of the photographic process.
