Master Class: Portfolio Review

Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Class Size: 10 students

Kelli Connell will offer one-on-one portfolio reviews to HCP members. In this 20-minute consultation, you will discuss your motivations and photographic interests and receive feedback and tips on how to improve your portfolio. When registering, on the note section, please write the desired time for the review and we will do our best to accomodate. Schedule for the review will be confirmed and sent via email two-weeks before the review.

What You Should Bring:

• A portfolio with up to 20 printed images

• Electronic files are also accepted, printed images are preferred

This talk is organized in conjuction with her weekend of Master Classes at HCP:

Master Class - Face to Face: Making Photographic Portraits, on Saturday, March 23.
Master Class - Your Art Practice: Making a Plan and Sticking to it, on Sunday, March 24.

About Kelli Connell

Kelli Connell’s body of work entitled Double Life has been widely received and included in numerous national solo and group exhibitions. Her work is in the collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Columbus Museum of Art, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Museum of Contemporary Photography, Microsoft, The Haggerty Museum of Art and The Dallas Museum of Art. Recent publications include MP3: Midwest Photographers’ Publication Project (Aperture and The Museum of Contemporary Photography), Vitamin Ph: New Perspectives in Photography (Phaidon) and Photo Art: The New World of Photography (Aperture). Connell’s first full length monograph entitled Kelli Connell: Double Life was released by DECODE Books in August, 2011.
