Elijah Barrett
Elijah Barrett was born in 1987 to parents from Puerto Rico and Venezuela and was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned a BA in photography from Yale University and is currently pursuing an MFA in photography at the University of Hartford — Hartford Art School. He has presented his work in solo exhibitions at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, Central Texas College, Spellerberg Projects, and in group exhibitions at the Museum of the Big Bend, Exposure Photography Festival (Calgary, Canada), Silver Eye Center for Photography, and the Houston Center for Photography. He lives and works in Austin, Texas.
