Learn about the principles of photography and how to use your camera controls for creative expression. This accelerated class will help you understand how shutter speed, aperture, and ISO work together to convey mood and motion in a photo and how focal length affects how the camera sees space. We will explore manual and automatic metering options and discuss what each method is best for. You’ll also learn about white balance and the benefits of shooting in raw. With a grasp of these key concepts, you will be able to make informed creative decisions when photographing the world around you.
