Composition Minis: I Can See Clearly Now

Good composition is the essence of impactful images. But how do we define a “good composition?” In this course, your instructor will answer this question with tangible rules, so your technique can be more scientific than mystical. Similar to how learners of a new language use grammar to structure their sentences, aspiring photographers can use compositional elements to design their images. This course is part of a series of mini composition workshops. Sign up for one or all four mini-workshops and pave the way for creating intuitive, great compositions in your photography.

I Can See Clearly Now: This mini-workshop explores depth of field, sharpness or blur, and creating a straight vs. pictorial composition. Join instructor, Valerie Yaklin-Brown, and learn how to apply these techniques to best express your ideas!
