In the days of film photography, destroying a photograph took serious effort – photographers had to cut, burn and scratch the image to really damage it. However, in the era of digital photography, a lost memory card, a crashed hard drive, a disorganized filing system, or a wrong click can send thousands of images into oblivion in an instance. How to Secure Your Files – And Live Happily Ever After is a class in disaster prevention. The class will cover everything from safe memory card handling practices to strategies for Lightroom file management, recovering deleted files, and setting up both local and Cloud backup schemes. This class might not teach you how to take stunning photos, but it will teach you how not to lose them – so you can sleep easy at night.
