Introduction to Adobe Premiere Pro

This class is an introduction to Adobe Premiere Pro, the video editing software that has become the filmmaking industry standard. Through this online course, students will become familiar with using Premiere through editing a short video. You will look at examples of editing styles in narrative, documentary, and commercial work to inform your editing decision-making. These weekly classes will be very hands-on during class time. Additionally, students will be given weekly homework assignments to help fine-tune their skills. By the end of the four weeks, students will feel comfortable using this editing platform and ready to edit their own video projects!
