This past year has caused many creatives to struggle with what they do best—creating engaging and thoughtful works of art. How are we supposed to create new work with so much uncertainty and stress?
In this FREE online workshop, presented in collaboration with Precision Camera in Austin, Texas, Houston Center for Photography instructor Kelly Webeck will introduce you to strategies for starting and maintaining a daily sketchbook practice to help jumpstart your creativity! Students will explore sketchbooks of established and emerging artists and discover what works best for them. Whether you are just getting started or are a seasoned professional, this workshop will inspire you to use photography for creative expression and intellectual reflection.
This FREE workshop is provided by Houston Center for Photography, a non-profit gallery, educational space, and publisher in Houston, Texas, in collaboration with Precision Camera, a premier online brick-and-mortar retailer and photo lab based in Austin Texas. Together through our online partnership, we will be bringing you virtual workshops spanning the creative to the technical to ensure you can keep telling your story no matter where you find yourself.
