Technique Tune-up with Photoshop and Lightroom Classic

Have you ever wanted to make your images look a certain way, but didn’t know how to do it in Lightroom or Photoshop? This interactive workshop, tailored to participants’ interests, is designed to help you achieve the editing results you aspire to. Work with HCP instructor, Lou Benjamin, and analyze your photos and devise editing strategies to accomplish the best results.

  • Raw processing
  • Applying adjustments to multiple images
  • Round-trip editing in Lightroom
  • Retouching
  • Masking
  • Compositing
  • Applying filters
  • Using smart objects in Photoshop
  • Transforming color
  • Color management
  • Optimized black and white conversion
  • And more!

For the first session: Find at least two examples of images that challenge your editing abilities and be prepared to share them with the class.
