Views from Levy Park (2021)

In partnership with Levy Park Conservancy, Houston Center for Photography is pleased to present our second annual exhibition, Views from Levy Park, on view at Levy Park from April 17 – May 31, 2021 and on the HCP website at hcponline.org. As a culmination of the Levy Park Photography Workshop, our year long community education program, this exhibition will include photographic works by artists who participated in our monthly workshops offered free to the community from May 2020 – April 2021. Representing a vast range of styles and techniques, these photographs were created at Levy Park and in communities around Houston and beyond, as students from many locations engaged with the program both in-person and virtually, applying photographic lessons taught by HCP teaching artist, Anne Houang, to wherever they were based during the pandemic.
